- Transcriu uses advanced artificial intelligence to convert audio from your speech therapy sessions into text. The system automatically identifies different speakers (therapist and patient) and transcribes with high accuracy technical terms from speech therapy, phonology and language therapy.
- Our AI achieves accuracy above 95% in speech therapy sessions. The system recognizes specific technical vocabulary from speech therapy, dialectal variants and adapts the transcription to the clinical context.
- Yes, we comply with GDPR. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Transcriptions are processed on secure servers in Europe and you can delete any data at any time. We never share or use your data to train models.
- Yes, Transcriu allows real-time collaboration. You can share transcriptions with other speech therapists, psychologists, teachers or professionals on your team. Each member can add annotations, comments and collaboratively edit while maintaining a change history.
- We accept all common audio formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC and more. You can upload audio from your computer, mobile, tablet or directly from digital recorders. There is no duration limit for audio files.
- You can export transcriptions in multiple formats: PDF (for printing or archiving), DOCX (for editing in Word), TXT (plain text) or share directly via email. You can also integrate with Google Drive, Dropbox and other productivity tools.
- You need an internet connection to upload and process audio. Once transcribed, you can access transcriptions offline from the application. We are working on a version with offline capabilities for areas with limited connectivity.
- Transcription time is approximately 20-30% of the audio duration. For example, a 60-minute session is transcribed in about 12-18 minutes. Shorter sessions are processed even faster, often in less than 5 minutes.
- Yes, we offer special plans for teams, educational centers, clinics and organizations. Group plans include volume discounts, centralized user management, single billing and dedicated support. Contact us for a custom quote.
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no commitment or penalties. If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the current billing period and can download all your transcriptions.
